I configured and hosted an Energi (NRG) cryptocurrency node on a raspberry Pi that provided stability/support to the Energi blockchain while accumulating passive income (through interest with NRG tokens). Through this project, I learned how to not only setup and maintain a cryptocurrency node, but also knowledge about Proof of Stake (PoS) cryptocurrencies which transitioned into learning about DeFi (Decentralized Finance). i.e. blockchain-backed and trustless finance lending solutions such as Aave, or DeFi liquidity trading/yield farming pools like UniSwap, EnergiSwap and PancakeSwap
